Finishing Touches

Menu pricing includes flatware, dishes, table linens, and standard centerpieces; however, we are willing to customize elements in order to meet personal preferences.

Dietary Accommodations

We will always attempt to accommodate the dietary preferences of our guests. Our trained chefs will identify on request the top eight most common allergens in our foods, and our ability to source local whole foods makes it easier for us to accommodate most dietary needs.

We will customize a catering option for you that adheres to both your preferences and your budget. Your Catering Coordinator will always be available to answer questions about pricing.

Breakfast

Morning fare packages do not include decaf coffee; it is available upon request. Coffee service is unlimited for two hours. Additional $3 per person for groups fewer than 10.

Boxed & Bagged Lunches

All entrées include chips, cookie, and beverage. For parties of 25 or more: choose three options; for parties less than 25: choose two options. A $5 surcharge will be added for each additional entrée.

Plated Entrees

All entrées include a seasonal salad, starch, vegetables, iced tea, and water. Parties of 25 or more: choose three options; parties less than 25: choose two options. A $5 surcharge will be added for each additional entrée.

Buffets

All buffets include iced tea, lemonade, and ice water station. For groups fewer than 15: add $2 per person.

Trays, Packages & Breaks

All trays are sold per person; all packages sold per 50 people.

Hors D'oeuvres

Choose from a selection of hot and cold options; 50 piece per order minimum.

Carving Station

All items are served with the appropriate accompaniments and silver dollar rolls.

Pizzeria

Standard 16-inch: 10 slices per pie; gluten-free 10-inch: six slices per pie.

Desserts

Choose a dessert station or from one of our many a la carte decadent items.
